about
This song was written as a response to the fires ripping through NSW the last few days.
I felt helpless over in WA, and my heart has been breaking seeing the east coast suffer so badly, so i decided to channel all my emotions into my art and create something that could give back to those who have been affected. Music is Medicine and 'Mother Earths Words' was created to help heal.
50% of all the proceeds will be donated to the Animals and Volunteers affected in the Australian fires.
Thankyou for being here, thankyou for your support. Thankyou for you love.
lyrics
I’ve been beaten and prodded
Mistreated, forgotten
I don’t judge you
So why do you hurt me like this
Ive been torn up and tattered
Neglected when it mattered
I don’t judge so why do treat me like this
Listen to this mothers words
Listen to my signs
Listen to this mothers words
Im Mother earth
And i am crying
Listen to this mothers words
Listen to my signs
Listen to this mothers words
Im Mother earth
And i am dying
I didn’t judge you when you did that
When you put your buildings there
When you wiped out all the species
With little to no care
I’m merely trying to tel you that you have gone to far
What you pump up from the underground is not good the skies
This pollution you’ve created is not good for your lives
I’m Merely trying to warn you
That I am not ok
Listen to this mothers words
Listen to my signs
Listen to this mothers words
Im Mother earth
And i am crying
Listen to this mothers words
Listen to my signs
Listen to this mothers words
Im Mother earth
And i am dying
